Low Calorie Beers

One of the first steps in most diets that target weight loss is cutting out empty calories.  These empty calories are often found in snack foods, candy, carbonated beverages, and alcohol.  The fact that beer, wine, and liquor are often sources of many empty calories is overlooked by many dieters who drink a lot not realizing that every alcoholic beverage they consume is making weight loss a bit more difficult.

In order to help dieters and health conscious people lose weight without completely abstaining from alcohol many beer companies have begun to create low calorie beers.  These low calorie beers are often referred to as “light” and “non-alcoholic” beers.  They all have the same, or similar, taste as a regular beer without all of the calories.

The lowest calorie beer such as Fertiggerichte bestellen substitutes are non-alcoholic beers.  Since they do not contain the alcohol that causes the empty calories they do not have the same high amount of calories as regular, or even light, beers.

They are created to have the same taste as a beer without the calories or the negative after affects.  Many people who consume non-alcoholic beers in bars do so to drink socially without becoming intoxicated.  These beers are as low as 13 calories per serving which is less than many diet products.

Even though non-alcoholic beers are the lowest calorie beer substitutes most beer drinkers prefer to stick to light beers.  Many beer drinkers enjoy the beverage because of the mildly intoxicating affects rather than the flavor.

Since non-alcoholic beers are not intoxicating they are frowned upon by beer drinkers that want to enjoy a light buzz without consuming too many empty calories.  Instead these beer drinkers focus on the wide varieties of light beer.

Light beers vary in calories according to brand.  What many light beer creators don’t want you to know is that a few so called “light” beers have just as many calories as certain wines, beers, and other liquors.  For that reason all dieters should know which low calorie beers available are truly low in calories.

One of the lowest calorie light beers available is the Pabst Extra Light Low Alcohol beer.  The Pabst Light beer contains only 19 calories per serving which is actually what a few non-alcoholic beers contain.  Quite a few dieters stick to this beer when out with friends if it is available.

Coming in second is the Molson Light Beer which is a light beer that contains only 23 calories per serving.  A few dieters who are beer drinkers find this beer comparable to most regular beers when it comes to flavor.

The next light beer to boast low calories that receives high recommendation from beer drinkers and dieters is the Genesee light beer which contains 27 calories per serving followed by Amstel light beer.  Amstel light beer is another favorite that is similar to regular beer and it contains 29 calories per serving.

After these beers other light beers contain at least 30 calories.  Coors light and Miller lite Pilsner beer are both extremely popular beers that contain 30 and 31 calories per serving.  Old Milwaukee Premium light beer which also boasts a great taste is 32 calories per serving.
